Bart Scheers

Prof. Bart Scheers is Military Professor at the Royal Military Academy. He specializes in the subject of ‘Cognitive Radio’. He is an Officer in the Belgian armed forces, and an associate professor in the “Communications Information Systems and Sensors” (CISS) department. Through his work he has gained particular experience in the field of Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (layers 2 & 3) and Cognitive Radios.
