The SafeShore Project will be presented on October 5 during the Astrid User Days (http://www.astriddays.be/). This is a major event in Belgium with over 1300 registered attendants, where stakeholders from the police and intervention services communities can learn to know the latest developments and innovations in the field of security. Traditionally, the event focuses on communication technology, but this year there is a special focus on drones and the security risks entailed by these systems. After the SafeShore project presentation, a dedicated workshop will be organized by SafeShore to discuss with end users the user requirements and operational validation methodologies, in order to ensure that the SafeShore developments will be completely in line with the expectations from end users.
